We are the Leaders  in Trauma Recovery.

Welcome to the NBARP

We are a group of Coaches, Counselors and Therapists dedicated to helping individuals recovery from trauma, including but not limited to growing up in a dysfunctional family system, childhood abuse, toxic relationship patterns, domestic violence, sexual assault, and behavioral and substance addictions.

The NBARP accredits programs which offer internal healing in conjunction with national life coaching certification, designed to empower participants both emotionally and economically.

We help people to reclaim their voice, their power and their lives.

What is "Trauma"?

Road to Empowerment

Most people think of trauma as only the most flagrant forms of abuse, but even growing up in a slightly dysfunctional family can leave lifelong impact on an individual's emotional and relationship patterns. Essentially, "trauma" includes not only singular, damaging events but also any substantial lacking in developmental stages and needs.

Symptoms of Trauma

The ways in which not getting our most basic needs met impacts us is varied and  individualized, but here are a few:

- S
elf-destructive coping mechanisms
- Emotional Dysregulation (overwhelmed by feelings)
- Pattern of behavioral and/or substance addictions
- Low self-esteem and sense of false personal shame

- Pattern of toxic relationships
- Lack of feeling entitled to claim healthy boundaries
- Dissociation (internal disconnection)
- Self-doubt and difficulty making healthy decisions
We accredit unique, private, life-coaching certification programs that serve to comprehensively improve participants' quality of life by combining ongoing peer support, professional coaching, online lessons and classes, national coaching certification (US only), and professional mentorship to help graduates build their coaching practices.

Gifts of Healing

The gifts that you receive and "unlock" through our  internal healing programs is virtually infinite, but here are a few:

- Learn healthy coping mechanisms.
- Rewire debilitating emotional patterns.

- Stop unwanted behavior patterns.
- Cultivate internal security and loyalty.
- Choose supportive relationships.
- Practice healthy boundaries.
- Connect with your intuition.
- Tap your creativity.
Most survivors have a hard time taking care of themselves because they are emotionally paralyzed by the false belief that they are somehow responsible for the feelings, needs, behaviors and faults of others.
